个人简介
王正早，女，北京工业大学经济与管理学院讲师。全球环境政策研究中心专家成员，环球中国环境专家协会会员。主要研究领域为环境经济政策评估、低碳经济、生态经济。曾在Science of the total environment，Environmental science and pollution research，《中国环境管理》等期刊发表论文十余篇，合作出版专著三项。参与科学技术部重点研发计划课题、国家发改委中国清洁发展机制基金赠款项目、北京市社会科学基金决策咨询重点项目等课题二十余项，为政府部门决策提供支撑。
