Background:The International Conference on Smart Finance2019 (ICSF 2019)is scheduledto be heldin Beijingduring July 26-28, 2019.The International Conference on Smart Finance (ICSF) is aimed to create a direct channel for industry leaders to connect and communicate with academic leaders on how to harness big data analytics and other technologies in New Finance.
With emphasis on the intersection of business intelligence (big data analytics and data science) and new finance (P2P lending, crowd funding, supply chain finance, and e-payment systems), the conference will feature keynotes, planetary speeches, panels, and paper presentations.The panel sessions could be created on hot and potentially controversial issues surfaced in various social interactions.
We cordially invite scientists, experts as well as scholars to participate in the event.
Paper Submission:We welcome two types of submissions (Abstracts and Full-textpaper) from different aspects ofbusinessintelligenceandnew finance. Please send your submitted manuscriptvia the conference system:http://epic.is.cityu.edu.hk/ICSF19/submission.html, which is open from April 1th to June 30th.The length ofpapers should be3-5 pagesand followthe 2-column IEEE format (see attachment).All submitted articles should be written in English. Papers will be reviewed as soon as possible upon submission.
International Journal Recommendation:Selected papers that are presented at the ICSF 2019 will be invited to submit their revised versions to special issues of the journals,such asFinancial Innovation, ACM Transactions on MIS,and so on.
